Matterhorn Tower Rooms

Clean, nice desk person. Room was nice.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Matterhorn. We stayed in the jacuzzi King bedroom. My wife, my 8-year old, and I enjoyed the jacuzzi very much and the king bedroom was big enough for the three of us. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool since it was winter when we visited, but it is right outside of the room for very easy access when it is open. The facilities and grounds are beautiful and have an amazing Swiss/European aesthetic and ambiance. The location is close to really good restaurants, and downtown shopping. It is right across the street from an amazing winery in a gorgeous Victorian house and it is also across the street from one of the trolley stations in case you don’t want to worry about driving while you are visiting Eureka Springs. The owner/manager of the facility, Chris, and his co-manager, Jackson (his faithful dog!), were extremely hospitable and helpful with great recommendations with things to do and places to eat. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again.

Older hotel a little dated. Excellent room at a great price very clean. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Will definitely return for another stay.

Chris the owner is amazing! Personable and great conversation. Rooms are charming and everything you need for a weekend getaway. We brought our dog and he loves it as well!

Funky hotel with very accommodating staff. Very kitschy alpine theme. Laid back vibe. It has its quirks, but it suited me and my friends perfectly.

Everything was great! We enjoyed the property as it was close to downtown Eureka Springs and we had no complaints - A/C worked great, bathroom/room were clean, and the owner and his fiancée were very nice and great to chat with. His personal number is listed so if you have any issues you can contact him directly, which is unheard of in the hotel/motel industry.

Very friendly staff-asked questions when we checked in to get to know us and introduced themselves. When we checked out-they remembered our daughter was getting married this year and mentioned to have success in planning.

Wonderful staff

The property was clean. It was very quaint and quirky (which we loved). The staff was friendly and helpful on giving us information about events and restaurants. It’s walking distance from downtown. We would definitely stay there again.
